Come Here Often?

This week, I got on a little floral kick.  I have it in my head that I'm going to make a really showy, flowery, lei type necklace and I have absolutely no idea how to.  I did manage to make some flowers though!    

I made roses...

I made whatever this bloom is...

And all of these in one sitting today...

Now, see that little glass be in the top left corner in the picture above? 

I wasn't sure about him so I set him off to the side.  He was my first off mandrel bee and I didn't think he looked real enough.  Then I went about arranging all my glass flowers into one big group to take a picture and looked over and noticed this...

Well then...

A real, live, non glass bumble bee had landed on the deck railing and was about to get cozy with my creation.  I let them get to know each other before I collected the non stinging one and placed him gingerly on my big pile of hard work.
